Customer: Excuse me, I think there is a mistake on our bill. We ordered two glasses of wine, not a full bottle. Waiter: Let me take a look. You are absolutely right, I apologise. The bottle was for another table. Let me correct that immediately. Customer: Also, we were told the fish special was eighteen dollars, but it shows twenty-two here. Waiter: I will need to check with the kitchen. One moment please. I confirmed with the manager, and the price on the specials board was indeed eighteen dollars. We will honour that price. Customer: Thank you for understanding. One more thing, is the service charge included? Waiter: Yes, a twelve percent service charge is included in the total. But if you feel the service was exceptional, any additional tip is greatly appreciated. Customer: The service was wonderful, actually. Thank you for handling this so gracefully.
