Tourist: Excuse me, this is our first time here. Could you explain some of the local specialties on the menu? Waiter: Of course! Our region is famous for seafood. The paella is our most traditional dish, made with fresh prawns, mussels, and saffron rice. It takes about forty minutes to prepare as it is made fresh. Tourist: That sounds wonderful. What about this dish here, the gazpacho? Waiter: Gazpacho is a cold soup made from tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, and olive oil. It is very refreshing, especially in summer. Many locals have it as a starter. Tourist: Is the portion size large enough to share? Waiter: The paella is quite generous and perfect for sharing between two people. I would suggest ordering one paella and two individual starters. Tourist: Perfect. We will do exactly that. Oh, and do you have any dessert recommendations? Waiter: Our homemade flan with caramel sauce is legendary. I strongly suggest saving room for it.
