Waiter: Good evening. Are you ready to order or would you like a few more minutes? Customer 1: We are ready. Could you recommend a starter? Waiter: Our most popular appetizer is the grilled shrimp with garlic butter. The soup of the day is roasted tomato basil, which is also excellent. Customer 1: I will have the shrimp, please. Customer 2: And I will try the soup. Waiter: Very good. And for your main course? Customer 1: I would like the salmon with vegetables. How is the salmon prepared? Waiter: It is pan-seared and served on a bed of roasted asparagus with a lemon herb sauce. It is one of our signature dishes. Customer 2: That sounds delicious. I will have the steak, medium rare, with mashed potatoes. Waiter: Excellent choices. Can I get you something to drink? Customer 1: A glass of white wine for me, and sparkling water for my partner.
