Sarah: Hi there! I do not think we have met before. I am Sarah. David: Nice to meet you, Sarah. I am David. Are you a friend of Mark's? Sarah: Yes, we work together. What about you? David: I am his neighbour. I just moved into the building last month. Sarah: Oh, that is great! How do you like the neighbourhood? David: I love it. There are so many nice cafés and shops around here. Sarah: We should grab coffee sometime!
