Candidate: My second question is about growth opportunities. What does the career progression path look like? Interviewer: We promote from within whenever possible. Most managers started as individual contributors. Candidate: And my last question: what are the biggest challenges the team is currently facing? Interviewer: Honestly, scaling our operations while maintaining quality. We are growing fast and need people who can help build processes.
