Emma: We finally signed the lease for the new flat! The move-in date is next Saturday. Jake: We need to start packing soon. I have already ordered some cardboard boxes. Emma: We should label each box so we know which room they belong to. Jake: Good idea. The movers will arrive at eight in the morning. Emma: We also need to disconnect the electricity and internet at the old place and set up the utilities at the new one. Jake: I will take care of that tomorrow. Emma: I cannot wait to decorate the living room!
