Associate: Let me check if we have the next size up in stock. What size is this one? Customer: It is a medium. I think I need a large. Associate: We do have the large in the same colour. Would you like to try it on first? Customer: Yes, please. Where are the fitting rooms? Associate: Right around the corner on your left. Take your time. Customer: This one fits perfectly. I would like to go ahead with the exchange. Associate: Wonderful! Since it is the same price, I will just swap the items on your receipt. No additional charge.
