Resident Advisor: Hi there! Welcome to Baker Hall. I am your RA, and I am here to help you settle in. Your room is three fourteen on the third floor. Student: Thanks! Is there a lift for my boxes? Resident Advisor: Yes, the service lift is around the corner. Please use that instead of the main one today since it gets very crowded. Student: Got it. What are the rules I should know about? Resident Advisor: Quiet hours are from ten PM to eight AM on weekdays and midnight to ten AM on weekends. No candles or cooking appliances in rooms. Guests must sign in at the front desk. Student: Where is the laundry room? Resident Advisor: Basement level. The machines accept your student card. Pro tip: avoid Sunday evenings, that is when everyone does their laundry.
